Returns & Exchanges Policy
At S+S Hair & Beauty, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty tools and personal care items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the RA number inside the box before shipping it back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
